Hi, we are Kristin and Dirk.

Kristin (1979), born in Apolda, has worked in tourism since the age of 16. After her training as a travel agent, which she completed in 1999, she worked as an employee for 9 years. In 2004, she successfully completed her training as an accountant. She has been self-employed with her travel agency in Apolda since 01.05.2008. Her specialty, in addition to arranging a wide variety of travel offers, is the organization and implementation of group tours, many of them to southern Africa.

Dirk (1970), born in Halle / Saale, trained as a car mechanic and then studied civil engineering at the HTWK Leipzig. Since graduating in 1998, he has worked as a freelance civil engineer. In addition to this activity, he has been dedicated to planning and implementing the travel agency's group tours since 2017.

It was on one of these group trips to South Africa, on the cliffs of the Cape of Good Hope to be precise, that the idea and desire to move the center of his life to southern Africa developed. The original plan was to do this in South Africa, but then our honeymoon trip to Botswana followed. We immediately fell in love with this country with its own rhythm of life, so that several more trips followed. The level of regulation is much lower than in South Africa or Namibia and light years away from that in Germany. Nowhere else have we been better able to return to our basic instincts and let go of the stress and strain of everyday life. We would like to share this with as many people as possible.

Why Botswana? Botswana ranks among the top 35 nations worldwide in the corruption index, ahead of many countries in the European Union. Botswana makes it relatively easy for foreign investors to invest. Botswana, especially the Okavango Delta, is one of the most biodiverse areas in the world. With around 200,000 elephants, this is the largest population in the world. "Moments" will be located right here, without fences, right in the heart of the delta, eye to eye with elephants, lions etc. That is why it will be an "adults only" hotel. Our "heart" is sandwiched between Moremi Game Reserve and Chobe National Park, the two most famous national parks in Botswana.
